Freestanding Panera planned at Points East in Mentor – News-Herald

The new freestanding, 3,836-square-foot Panera Bread, at 7373 Mentor Ave., on the east side of the existing entry drive from Midland Road, will feature a drive-thru window and patio, as a conditional use permit for outside dining was approved by Mentor Planning Commission late last year.
